Cally is a seasoned communications strategist with years of experience navigating the intersection of policy, media, and high-stakes political campaigns. Most recently, Cally served as Press Secretary for Senator Pete Ricketts.

Cally also served as Senior Advisor and Communications Director for Congressman Ralph Norman, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the messaging for the Congressman’s gubernatorial launch. Previously, she led the communications shop for Congressman Morgan Luttrell, focusing on national defense and veterans’ issues, and served as a Senior Communications Advisor to the Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump.

Her extensive experience includes serving as an on-the-record spokesperson for over 50 competitive House races through the Congressional Leadership Fund, specializing in rapid response and earned media strategy.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Cally lives in Virginia with her husband Will and dog Poppy.
